Change of client service conditions

Dear clients,

The Central Securities Depository informs about reinforcement of coronavirus infection preventive measures in its offices.

According to the instructions of the World Health Organization (WHO) and pandemic in the world, as well as in line with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on imposing a state of emergency in the Republic, the Central Securities Depository’s offices are transferred to remote (distance) mode of rendering services to its clients via DOC.KACD portal and User account starting from March 18, 2020.

Additionally, postal correspondence, delivered by courier services, will be accepted and processed, as well as “contactless” acceptance of hard copy documents will be executed using the post boxes in the Central Securities Depository’s offices.

In cases of urgency and face-to-face servicing, limited number of the Central Securities Depository’s staff will operate in the offices for the benefit of clients. You can preliminarily reach the staff by the call center numbers +7 (727) 312 33 04, +7 (777) 150 94 22 (only WhatsApp) and hotline number 8 800 080 86 68, as well as the front office by +7 (727) 262 08 46.

In addition, be informed that, taking into account the work conditions, acceptance of cash payments for the Central Securities Depository’s services is suspended.
