    On the way to development and innovation: international cooperation

    For the purpose of integration and introduction of the best practices of the global securities market, the Central Securities Depository pays special attention to the development of international cooperation with the key objective of sharing the best experience with members of regional associations and foreign partners.

    The Central Securities Depository is open to a dialogue with all foreign partners. By strengthening our cooperation, we are helping to attract and introduce the latest technologies to Kazakhstan's securities market, harmonize securities market legislation, develop and improve the local depository system, and establish the ways for effective interaction among the stock markets in general.

    At present, the Central Securities Depository strengthens the international cooperation, while eliminating barriers that impede its activation, widely participates in international projects.

    The Association of Eurasian Central Securities Depositories (AECSD), an association of central depositories of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), whose main goal is the development and improvement of depository activities, the creation of a single "depositary space", the entry of central depositories of the CIS countries into the global system of settlements for transactions with securities

    The Association of European Central Securities Depositories (ECSDA), an association of 41 national and international central depositories from 36 European countries, whose main goal is to promote a constructive dialogue between the CSD community, European regulators and other stakeholders in order to create an effective infrastructure for European financial markets

    Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA), an association of national numbering agencies from different countries, the purpose of which is to promote the widespread introduction and use by stock markets of a single international standard for codifying financial instruments  

    Asia-Pacific Association of Central Securities Depositories (ACG), an association of Central Securities Depositories in the Asia-Pacific region, the main goal of which is to establish cooperation relationships in various sectors to improve the efficiency of clearing and settlement activities
